I’m a nomadic Pilates instructor committed to serious, focused training with precise body alignment — delivered in an empathic, engaging way. Whether you’re in a studio, at home, or online, each session strengthens your body, improves your posture, and enhances your control.

Private & Duo Sessions
Looking for deeper attention or a class that fits your personal rhythm?
I offer private and duo sessions — ideal for anyone wanting specific support, focused progress, or a more intimate setting. These can take place in-studio (depending on availability), in your home, or online.

Mat Pilates
The foundation of the Pilates method, Mat Pilates uses your own body weight and the natural force of gravity to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness. This practice focuses on precise, controlled movements that develop deep core strength, promote balanced and integrated motion, and improve overall posture. I also sometimes incorporate exercises at the barre and/or standing exercises to add variety and target different muscle groups. Mat Pilates is accessible to all levels and can be adapted to meet your individual needs, making it an essential part of any Pilates journey.

Pilates on Apparatus

Depending on the studio equipment available, your session may include a variety of specialized apparatus designed to enhance and deepen your Pilates practice.

Reformer – Offers adjustable and progressive resistance through springs and a sliding carriage, promoting deep core activation, improved posture, and dynamic mobility. It develops strength, control, and fluidity in both isolated and full-body movements.

Cadillac / Trapeze Table – Combines a stable frame with bars, straps, and springs to support joint mobility, spinal alignment, and a broad range of therapeutic and strength-building exercises. It’s ideal for enhancing flexibility, coordination, and precise body control.

Wunda Chair / Exo Chair – A compact and versatile apparatus, it provides a full-body workout. It targets core strength, scapular stability, mobility, and precise control of both upper and lower body. With adjustable springs, it offers modifiable resistance to develop power, coordination, and balance through integrated, harmonious movement.
