Mat Pilates is the foundation of the Pilates method, using body weight and gravity to develop strength, control, and body awareness. The practice focuses on precise, intentional movement, encouraging deep core support, balanced muscular work, and coordinated full-body integration. Through carefully structured sequences, Mat Pilates improves posture, mobility, and movement efficiency while reinforcing the connection between breath and movement. Exercises can be adapted and enriched with standing work or barre-inspired elements, making the practice accessible, progressive, and responsive to individual needs.

Reformer
The Reformer is the most widely used Pilates apparatus, offering progressive, adjustable resistance through its system of springs and a moving carriage. This allows movement to be performed with precision and control, supporting strength, stability, and efficient organization through the joints and the spine. Exercises are performed in various positions, encouraging balanced muscular development, postural alignment, and coordinated whole-body movement. Through guided resistance and smooth transitions, the Reformer builds control and strength while maintaining mobility, fluidity, and support.

Cadillac / Trapeze Table
The Cadillac offers a stable frame combined with bars, straps, and springs to guide movement with clarity and support. It allows for detailed work on spinal alignment, joint mobility, flexibility, and strength. This apparatus is particularly valuable for improving coordination, control, and body awareness, whether for restorative work or more advanced challenges.

Wunda Chair / Exo Chair
Compact yet powerful, the Chair demands precision, balance, and integration. It challenges core stability, scapular organization, and lower-body strength through controlled, multi-directional movement. Adjustable spring resistance allows the work to be adapted, developing power, coordination, and refined control within a full-body approach.
